Our registration form collects your child's information, parent/guardian details, emergency contacts, and medical information. Please have these ready before you begin.

✓Child's pediatrician and dentist contact info

✓Any relevant medical or allergy information

✓$50 non-refundable registration fee

Need Financial Assistance?

We accept CCAP (DSS) subsidies and Westchester Works Child Care Scholarships. Contact the Child Care Council of Westchester to apply before enrolling.
